RealLinkr provides a real estate platform for property search, listing discovery, account features, professional profiles, inquiries, service requests, and related marketplace tools.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm RealLinkr, other users, property owners, agents, developers, service providers, or the reliability of the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. Activity through your account may be treated as activity authorized by you.

RealLinkr may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in a way that creates risk for the platform or other users.

Listings, photos, descriptions, availability, prices, professional profiles, and other submitted content must be accurate, lawful, and authorized for publication.

Agents, owners, developers, and service providers remain responsible for the content they submit and for keeping that content up to date.

RealLinkr helps users connect with agents, owners, developers, notaries, mortgage advisors, insurance advisors, and other service providers. We do not guarantee that a transaction, rental, purchase, financing, or service agreement will be completed.

Any agreement or communication between users and professionals is the responsibility of those parties unless RealLinkr has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Some RealLinkr features, subscriptions, promotions, or professional products may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, included features, and cancellation terms are shown where those products are offered.

You are responsible for reviewing the product details before purchasing. Taxes, payment processor fees, or third-party charges may apply where relevant.

We work to keep RealLinkr reliable, but the platform may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

You may not scrape, copy, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to RealLinkr or its systems.

You may not submit misleading listings, spam, unlawful content, abusive messages, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

RealLinkr, its interface, brand assets, software, design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property rights.

You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant RealLinkr the permission needed to host, display, process, distribute, promote, and improve that content as part of operating the platform.

Real estate information can change quickly. RealLinkr does not guarantee that every listing, price, availability date, feature, measurement, professional claim, or third-party service detail is complete, current, or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, RealLinkr is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or disputes between users and third parties arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service when our platform, business model, legal obligations, or product features change. The latest version will be available on this page.

Continuing to use RealLinkr after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
